Failed To Validate E-signature Exception While Trying To Submit/approve The Workflow In RMW

failed to validate e-signature exception while trying to submit/approve the workflow in RMW
When trying to submit the workflow to next level, for the first time if user enters a wrong password, an error message will display saying "FAILED TO VALIDATE ESIGNATURE".
This is perfectly since the password entered by the user is wrong.
However, the second time even if the user enters correct password in the same window, the system failed to recognize this correct password as well and throws the same exception.
In order to continue with the submission, the user has to close this eSignature window and re click on Submit/Approve button in the workflow.
Expect to be able to proceed after entering the correct password without closing and reopen the e-signature screen
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to submit a workflow to the next level
2. Enter a wrong password in the e-signature screen
3. Submit and receive the error
4. Enter the correct password and submit again
Still receive the wrong password error.
