Symptoms
When a user attempts to sell a Complex pack non-orderable item, the sales data for the pack item gets stuck in the Store Inventory Management (SIM)'s with the following error:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sell a complex pack item in POS terminal.
2. The sales transaction information will flow to SIM through web-services.
3. Initially the sales transaction messages are updated in STAGED_MESSAGE table of SIM, and then flow to POS_TRANSACTION table.
4. In a normal case, these messages will flow to the POS_TRANSACTION_HISTORY table, and the stock on hand (SOH) is updated for the sale item. However, in this case the messages for complex pack items get stuck in the POS_TRANSACTION table. As a result, stock on hand (SOH) is not getting updated.
