Accessing PSR Fails with Error: " Unknown Error: Object Does not exist"

On : version, Web client (PC)

When attempting to access a few PSRs the following error occurs.

Unknown Error: Object Does not exist.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into web client/JavaClient
2. Open PSR
