Symptoms

Exception "Response message out of sequence error" at OSM O2A COM causes Tasks to not be completed


we found exception "Response message out of sequence error" at OSM O2A COM server when receiving SOM provisioning task milestone and provisioning task complete JMS messages, and those messages would be rolled back once exception happen as transaction and eventually got dropped. In those cases, the provisioning task cannot be completed correctly at COM, then order stuck at OSM COM side.
