Payment Tool Failed with Access Violation Error While Performing a Search (Doc ID 1574195.1)

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when submitting a wire transfer reversal from Payment Tool and trying to search payments for an account, an access violation error as shown below:
