Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Number of AutoNumber Source gets skipped on failed transactions resulting in unused source numbers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Number of AutoNumber Source which was not used due to failed transaction should come up as the next AutoNumber
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating Part with Prefix : ABC and Autonumber beginning with 0000.
2. Try to create item using the configured AutoNumber, and cancel
3. Try to create item using the configured AutoNumber. Now the number assigned is ABC-0001 and not ABC-0000. ABC-0000 is skipped.
