In B1_ETL_JOB_CTRL, the Number of Records Loaded (LOAD_REC_CNT) Does not Match the Number of Records in the File (DAT_REC_CNT) (Doc ID 1574713.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Advanced Spatial and Operational Analytics - Version 2.4.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On OUASA 2.4.0 with edge application CCB 2.2.0:

The number of records loaded doesn't match the number of records in the file and no load error count is reflected. This shows in the content of B1_ETL_JOB_CTRL table, specifically the DAT_REC_CNT column vs LOAD_REC_CNT column.

Steps:
1. EXTRACT PROCESS:
FACTS data are extracted first before the DIMENSION data.

2. TRANSFORM and LOAD PROCESS:
DIMENSION files are loaded first before FACTS files.
StartFileprocessordaemon.sh script is used to start the LOAD process.

Why does this difference exist?
