Symptoms
There is a performance issue on Maintain Clearance' screen related to search functionality.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigate to the Maintain Clearance screen.
2. Enter Dept, Status='Submitted', and Created By fields.
3. Notice that the screen takes around 30 minutes.
