Goal

This document will attempt to describe in a concise way how an Oracle Communications Converged Applications Server (OCCAS) user can collect debug to assist investigations during the troubleshooting phase of an investigation.

This document applies to domains that are not using NodeManager. For domains running NodeManager, refer to Note 1597982.1.
