If a crew shift is created after the dispatcher logs on, the crew shift will not show in the scheduling gantt unless the dispatcher logs off and back on to his shift again
Steps to re-create
1. Logon to dispatcher shift
2. Create a crew shift and plan it
3. View the CDI scheduling Gantt
Actual Result : The crew shift will not display in the scheduling gantt
4. Log off of the dispatcher shift
5. Log on to dispatcher shift now the crew shift will show
