Symptoms

BRM not picking up correct rate during service closure

Here is the scenario :

1. Created a product on 14-Dec-2011 with $7.5 Cycle Forward fees (Scaled amount) and 10% bill time tax.
2. Product's rate plan structure is "Rate plan selector"
3. "Rate plan selector" is based on service level custom field. (Field can have value as "Wireless", "Fibre", "Satellite" all has $16.5 monthly recurring charge)
Type Monthly Charge
Wireless $7.5
Fibre $7.5
Satellite $7.5

4. On 4-Feb-2012 Product is modified and monthly charge is changed to $0 for wireless.
Type Monthly Charge
Wireless $0.00
Fibre $7.5
Satellite $7.5

5. Created an account on 14-May-2012 with Bill DoM 4 and purchased this product (wireless).
6. Ran billing on 4-Jun-2012. Account was charged $0 for wireless
7. Ran billing on 4-Jul-2012. Account was charged $0 for wireless
8. Closed the service on 16-Jul-2012
9. Ran billing on 4-Aug-2012. Account was credited for $4.6 for wireless (prorated charges from 16-Jul till 3-Aug as per $7.5/month) -> Account should be charged $0.00.

During cancellation of service BRM picked the old rate and credited the account while it should charged the account for $0 as current price for the product is $0/month.
