Copy & Paste Functionality Is Replicating Copied Values into Elapsed and Un-elapsed Weeks (Doc ID 1575760.1)

Copying more than two cells in un-elapsed weeks and pasting them into All Calendar level cells replicates the copied values even in elapsed weeks.  This issue is only happening if "Copy" and "Paste" is used and not if "Copy from Clipboard" and "Paste from Clipboard" is used.   Also, it only happens if two or more un-elapsed (editable) cells are copied and pasted to All Calendar cells.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a workbook containing editable measures.
2. Enter values into 2 cells.  For example, enter 1000 in a sales units measure for two products in the same future week.
3. Calculate.
4. Highlight the two cells and Copy (Right-click Copy)
5. Go to All(Calendar) and paste (right-click Paste).

Notice that the '1000' has been copied into all weeks -- both elapsed and future.  The expectation is that Paste will not paste into elapsed weeks.
