MWM v2 Standard Edition Database Support And Error 'ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Materialized view rewrite' (Doc ID 1576109.1)

Goal

A test system was installed with Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Demo Data on Oracle Database Enterprise Edition (EE).  We have taken an export to load in a new production system on Oracle Database Standard Edition (SE).  The ORA error message below was displayed when creating a new MWM database on the import utility to SE:


The MWM DBA guide support section describes that MWM was tested, and is supported, on enterprise (EE) and standard edition (SE). However, materialized view rewrite is not supported in Oracle standard edition. Are materialized views required with the rewrite query option? How should this error be addressed in Standard Edition?
