On : 3.3.18.0 version, Licensing Deals
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Though all Deals are unlocked and user is able to create new guarantees and edit existing guarantees.. they are expected to remain locked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Guarantees could not be edited when deal is Locked and if the deal is in a Require/Allow Amendment Status
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create deal with a guarantee
2. Place Deal in “allow amendment” status
3. Navigate to guarantee and observe it is locked, select guarantee and click edit
4. Close guarantee
5. All guarantees are unlocked and user is able to create new guarantees and edit existing guarantees.. they are expected to remain locked.
