Goal

Question 1: 

If Customer wants to  set rating/event info into the event_t.descr field during real time rating and during adjustment, payment and bill debit, is it possible to set the event_t.descr field with any value? Will there be any impact on BRM functionality ?

For instance; for real-time rating and cycle events, customer wants to set a value by using  PCM_OP_RATE_POL_POST_RATING.
