Unable To Delete a Scheduled Allocation Even When There Are No Child Allocations for the Parent (Doc ID 1576520.1)

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


We are unable to delete a scheduled allocation even when there are no child allocations present.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start creating a scheduled allocation:
    a. Select an item and click on "Create schedule".
    b. Enter information in Review Items screen.
    c. Enter a store in the Locations screen.
    d. In the Rules screen enter all relevant information.

2. Do not go to "Schedule Frequency".  Just save the allocation.

3. The allocation is in state "NOT CALCULATED" and status "Worksheet".

4. Open the above created item and try to delete the allocation.  Deletion is not allowed.
