Upgrade TMS From 4.6.0 To 4.6.2/6 Issues - No Log File Generated (Doc ID 1576778.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading the TMS database from 4.6.0 to 4.6.2 and subsequently to 4.6.6, the installer indicates the upgrade was successfully. However, upon closer inspection, the tmsupg_dbname.log file is not found in the \opapps46\tms\install directory.
