Symptoms

This problem happens when using Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA), release 8.00 or 4.XX's Health Check Validation Engine (HCVE) on Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC), all releases.

The rule A10450, which verifies the Operating System settings of the project for the esg user group is marked as failed.
