Purpose
This reference will provide the reader with a list of checks that are executed when running Remote Diagnostic Agent's (RDA) Health Check Validation Engine (HCVE) on a server using the Network Charging and Control (NCC/OCNCC) Operating System (OS) profile.
Scope
It is suggested to review document 1534723.1 before going through this reference.
Disclaimer : This reference attempts to explain the details of the HCVE module performing the Operating System checks. Note that it is always recommended to upgrade Remote Diagnostic Agent to the latest version released, as additional checks are being added with almost every new Remote Diagnostic Agent release, as a side effect of that, some checks described below could not be present when running an older version of the Remote Diagnostic Agent - Note that although all checks do not apply to all server types, all of them should be described below.
