Outlook Connector "Network Operation Failed" Message From Idle Outlook Session (Doc ID 1577038.1)

Symptoms

Outlook Connector 7.3-121 (patch 16)
Calendar Server 7

If a user has Outlook running for a while and either goes idle or does not use calendar, and then tries to click on the Calendar pane, they see a "Network Operation Failed" message.  This denies them access to the Calendar and does not work until they restart Outlook.
