Some Users Cannot See The Information In The Drop Down LOV For Standard APCC Dashboard (Doc ID 1577115.1)

Symptoms

In Advanced Planning Command Center on a 12.1.3.8 version, Reports and Dashboards

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some users cannot see the LOV for Standard Dashboards

APCC setups are in place and most users can see and interact with the standard dashboards just fine. We have a couple of users who cannot see the LOVs.

A couple of users report that they can get in using google chrome browser but not IE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all users to be able to use APCC Dashboards

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. A user logs into APCC normally and the dashboard loads OK.
2. LOV's for Baseline Plan, Comparison Plan etc will not load - they only show Please Wait.
3. The same user can get these on other computers. Other BI forms that are not APCC related work ok.
