Date Fields behavior on Case Form - PMDA Info - General (Doc ID 1577312.1)

When Case Form >> Analysis >> PMDA Info >> General tab is displayed,
the 'Japan Follow-up Information Receipt Date' field shows a date which is before the date shown at the 'Japan Initial Receipt Date' field.

In addition, when a case is created at Global and its 'Initial Receipt Date' is entered, the 'Japan Initial Receipt Date'
is automatically be entered in spite that the case has not yet been routed from Global to Japan.
