"Unable to Parse XML" Error Occurs for Inventory Adjustments Subscriber Due to Large Number of Detail Lines

At times, if received adjustments contains over 4000 details, when Retail Integration Bus (RIB) attempts to process the payload the message fails with the below error and publishes to hospital:

Steps to Recreate:
  1. Generate message with the details for Allocation.
  2. Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Suite (SOA) treats this file and transfers it to the RIB.
  3. Message is inserted into topic.  Upon subscription the error as noted is encountered.
