Purpose

This document explains the minimum security privileges required to import an .XLS Spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel file) into both P6 (P6 Web) and P6 Professional (P6 desktop client) to avoid the following error:

The export failed because the export template contains fields you do not have privileges to view in P6. Remove these fields from the template before exporting.
