Symptoms
Incorrect flist is being passed to the opcode "fm_rate_process_pipeline_event.c" at the time of billing time rating.
The value of the field (PIN_FLD_CURRENT_BAL) in the non-currency balances_array is updated for all the balance_impact events within a PIN_FLD_EVENT substruct in "fm_rate_pol_pre_rating.c".
But the flist that is being processed in "fm_rate_and_discount_event.c" is changed to the flist with the original current_bal value i.e. not using the updated flist returned from "fm_rate_pol_pre_rating.c".
