ccsCDRFileGenerator Fails to Generate an EDR Triggered by SMS Screens

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC), when a user performs an Event Data Record (EDR) generating event in the Service Management Screens (SMS Screens), the event doesn't appear in some cases in the screens displaying the EDRs (one of the known scenarios is a product type swap when the subscriber is in one of the grace periods of his Wallet Lifecycle).

In the Services → Prepaid Charging → Subscriber management screen:

For example, when changing the product type from the drop down box and saving, in the corresponding subscriber's "View EDRs" screen, the Product Type Swap (PTS) will not be recorded.

Additionally, when looking at the cccsCDRFileGenerator's log file, the following kind of error message is recorded, and the process restarts:

The directories and filenames in the message above are examples, they will vary depending on the process' configuration in eserv.config

The impact is that the EDR will not be generated by the ccsCDRFileGenerator, but the product type swap will still be completed.

 Change in the configuration of the ccsCDRFileGenerator process.
