Encountering "Error getting iterator on hibernate query" When Creating Mobile Worker Without Correct Geocode Configuration (Doc ID 1578782.1)

Symptoms

We are attempting to create a mobile worker from Main Menu > Service Management > + Mobile Worker.

We input all the require fields and we did not input the GeoCode.  When we click save, the screen hangs and the following error is observed in the Weblogic_current.log on the server.  No Error messages are displayed on the UI.
