Blank Popup Error When Attempting to Create A Crew Shift With Logged Message "Timezone cannot be null" (Doc ID 1578852.1)

When trying to create a Crew Shift, we get a popup window with a blank error message.

Popup contains text "Error Information" and Ok button.

1. Select Main Menu above
2. Focus on ‘Resource Management’ and select the plus icon against ‘Crew Shift’
3. Error popup is displayed that only contains the text "Error Information" and Ok button.

The same issue also occurs when trying to add a crew shift on the Crew Shift Query Page using the"Add" link located on the right of the bar.
