Symptoms

Error No: 2146233088 Description: Object reference not set to an instance of an object while searching duplicate cases.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Click on Case Actions --> New
2. Enter text "IN" in State/Province
3. Click on Search.
4. Error "Error No: 2146233088 Description: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is displayed
