Item Not on File Is Not Reflected in Back Office Sales Summary By Register And Hourly Productivity Reports (Doc ID 1579137.1)

Symptoms

Item Not on File sales do not show in Oracle Retail Back Office (BO) 'Sales Summary by Register' and 'Hourly Productivity' reports.


Steps to Reproduce:

 1. Start up BO, Store Server and Client.
 2. Log in to BO.
 3. Run the post processor.
 4. Check the 'Flash Sales', 'Sales Summary by Register' and 'Hourly Productivity' reports.  Note the number of transactions in each.
 5. Go to Point of Service (POS) and enter the item number which is not on file.  Complete the transaction.
 6. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4.

 Note that the number of transactions is increased in the Flash Sales Report only.  Number of transactions is not increased in the Sales Summary by Register and Hourly Productivity reports.
