An Unexpected Route in Messaging Manager is Modified When Adding a New Route

This problem happens on Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) releases 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168, when adding a new routing rule with its "Routing Class" set to "Submit" using the Messaging Manager Scheme screen:
Services -> Messaging Manager -> Configuration -> Schemes Tab
Open the relevant Scheme -> Routing Tab
The problem can be described as follows :
- The new rule does not show in the "Routing tab" after saving
- The "Paths" entry of a previous routing rule now shows the "Paths" entry of the missing rule entry.
- When pressing the "Refresh" button, the new entry appears but has no "Paths" entry.
There is no particular change besides the update to the NCC software version 22.214.171.124 or 126.96.36.199 where this problem was discovered.
