Instant Messaging Server Could Not Restart After Upgrade (Doc ID 1579515.1)

Unable to start Instant Messaging (IM) 9p3 server on Solaris Sparc 10 due to missing configuration file.

When requesting the version of the IM server, the version string is given, but also the following error is seen :

IM server version 8u3-04.10 was installed.

Next, an upgrade with 'commpkg upgrade' was done to go to Comms Suite 7 Update 4
