LSR Order Created Using "NewFrom" Option Causes Label/Value Data Issues (Doc ID 1579710.1)

Symptoms

When an LSR order is created using "NewFrom" option with a different SC (Service Center), the Label-Value pairs in the Additional Data section corresponding to the SC of the old order are also copied on to the new LSR order and the old values are exported to when the new LSR order is exported via LSR API.
