[OSM] Cancel Order API Returned Error (Doc ID 1579770.1)

Goal

CancelOrder API in OSM is generating errors. This error is returned in the SOAP UI and is not captured in the OSM logs.


 OSM returns error with below message :

Unknown response type from cluster member: [Lcom.tangosol.net.Member;@7302f02eRequest [IMMEDIATE_CANCELLING : true, ORDER_ID : 7753302, LOCALE : en_US, USER_ID : oms-automation, REASON : [OSM_INTERNAL_BATCH]_The account balance is insufficient, INFINITE_GRACE_PERIOD : false, REQUEST_NAME : com.mslv.oms.handler.cancelorder.CancelOrderHandlerEJB, CLIENT_TYPE : 0, DO_NOT_REFORWARD_REQUEST : true]oracle.communications.ordermanagement.util.coherence.b
