This problem happens when the Parent account is billed later than the Child account :
- Create a product with cycle_foward
- Create a Parent and a Child account on Jan 01 purchasing the product created in step 1
- Run billing for the Child account on Feb 01, Mar 01 and April 01 without billing parent (this may happen if some kind of problem happens with the parent). It is possible to run
- Now bill the parent by passing end_t as Feb 01 to the PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL opcode
where "1" means PENDING (unbilled) and "2" means OPEN (billed).
This problem is known to BRM 22.214.171.124.0 so moving to that version of software, or starting using Parent-Child hierarchy may introduce this as a new problem.
