Goal

Workagenda Status Column Coloring for key/crit customers
Would like to update the Status column color on the work agenda to change color from our normal color set to a red color with black text for events that involve medical/key/critical customers.

Would like to keep the other events that come in the keep the Blue scheme for Acknowledged, and green for dispatched. Only the med/key/crit would have a red color.

How can this be accomplished?

The following does Not work, if a “key” column is defined more than once it only uses the last one:

   §§CellColor check_column="CRIT_D" key="STATUS">
       §§Status key="1" bg_color="red" fg_color="black"/>
   §§/CellColor>
   §§CellColor check_column="CRIT_C" key="STATUS">
       §§Status key="1" bg_color="red" fg_color="white"/>
   §§/CellColor>
