On : 7.3.1 version, AFDM-Gen

When attempting to run the engine,
the following error occurs.

ERROR Database Error [db_win.cpp,137]
ERROR - Source: Provider
ERROR - Description: Catastrophic failure
ERROR - Message: Catastrophic failure
ERROR - Error Number: 0x8000ffff - Catastrophic failure

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demantra Engine Administrator
2. Run the Engine
