SIM Item Request Fails in RIB When Requested Quantity = 0 (Doc ID 1580137.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.4, when an Item Request is made, the system does not validate whether the requested quantity is zero.  SIM allows the item request to be confirmed.  When the the message later flows to Retail Merchandising System (RMS), however, a validation is made to confirm that the requested quantity is greater than 0.  If the quantity requested is zero for even one line item, the entire message fails in Retail Integration Bus (RIB).

It is expected that a validation should exist to alert the user with an error message when entering requested quantity = 0.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an item request in SIM containing multiple lines.
2. Set one item to have zero quantity requested.
3. Send item request to RMS via RIB.
4. Check the RMS RIB error hospital.  Note that the message has failed due to zero quantity.
