Symptoms
Move Scenario:
When a telephone number on a Service item is disconnected and the same TN is assigned to another service item on a PSR order via CreateOrderByKeyRequest API (a Move scenario), the user received the error mentioned below,
The error is:
"Service Failure: [WLI-Core:489214]ProcessControl invocation failed[Exception Thrown Importing Order.Message:Unable to process itemNumber Product group 1129. Error Code 31010: Miscellaneous Error: Exception occured; description: java.lang.NullPointerException,22710094-0not processed Error Code 30766:Unable to process item Number product group 1129"
Note :The same scenarios was working in the MSS 6.2.0 B281 but its not working in MSS 6.2.1 B391.
