Only the First Normalization Rule is Working for the Customer Care Portal (CCP) Screen

Only the first configured number prefix normalization rule is working in the Customer Care Portal (CCP) screens. In the example below, only the rule '0 1,421' will be taken into account, with any subsequent rules being ignored.
