Symptoms
This problem can happen when a custom adapter is used to talk to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) using the public API. This involves using the libraries libportal64.so and libpcmext64.so for the BRM Software development kit (SDK).
It was discovered during performance tests : the customer application connecting to BRM using the libportal64.so generates a core file which stack trace is similar to this :
