RIB Multichannel Adapters Logging Is Not Working (Doc ID 1580550.1)

Goal

After an upgrade to Retail Integration Bus (RIB) 13.0.6, multichannel adapters logging is not working.  The only logging we are able to see is for the first adapter, and remaining adapters logging is not traceable.  Also the front end GUI is not displaying these adapters in the log manager.

How can we make sure the multichannelling and logging is set up properly?
