Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 13.2 to 13.2.6 [Release 13.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) 13.2.4, while conducting Flexible Pallet Receving (FPR) with detail appointment, the pallet dimension for height is not getting calculated correctly in the CONTAINER table.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a purchase order (PO) in RWMS for 1 item such that the quantity matches a full pallet.
2. The Item dimensions should be as follows:

    For table ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_DIM

ITEM_ID     DIM_OBJECT     LENGTH   WIDTH    HEIGHT    WEIGHT
    ----------  ------------   -------  -------  --------  -------
    ITEM1       CA             20       15       15        5
    ITEM1       EA             20       15       15        5
    ITEM1       PA             40       30       45        10

    For table ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY TI/HI = 4/3

2. Create an FPR with detail appointment to bulk receive this PO.
3. From RWMS handheld (HH), go to receiving and enter the appointment and door number.  Click F4 for the next screen.
4. On the "Create Appointment Detail" screen enter a Pallet ID.
5. Confirm the item and container details and then use F6 to confirm the receipt.
6. Check the container table for the item to see that the HEIGHT = 15, where it should be 15*3 = 45.
