Customer Care And Billing Supports Multiply Pages Showing Search Results Or Not (Doc ID 1581116.1)

Goal

1) Currently in the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB), the search result is limited in 300 rows record, if more than 300 records in search result, there is no way to get the rest result except change the search criteria.

2) If we do the customization, in the search zone (like zone type = F1-DE), the default “Number of Rows to Display” is 1000, even it can be set to 10000, but it show in one time, for the web application, show 1000 consume quite long time.

Expected behavior is to display all the search result with multi page, and operator can use “next page/pervious page” function to get rest search result and customer should be able to customize how many records can be shown in one page
