Symptoms

When installing Messaging Server patch -29, we received the following error when running the install-newconfig script:

Why wasn't this line removed from the imta.cnf file when the patch was applied? 
Can it safely be removed now, after-the-fact, and will this clear up the error? 

Changes

Patch 137205-29 was applied.
