A CSR (Customer Service Representitive) with read only access is able to change the validity of NCR (Non Currency Resources) through BRM Customer Center.

Using the Permission Center, the user can restrict the CSR to perform certain tasks like the following:
Change the status of an account.
perform adjustment
Change the billing day of month.
Charge a customer’s credit card account.
Change credit limits
