OCSC PN: IMSSF Cap3- Muliple Media Server Alias Does Not Work (Doc ID 1581867.1)

Symptoms

In an IMSSF CAP3 instance, in that two media server alias are defined (for example: mrf_ncc.1770103?????@ocsb and mrf_ocncc.1770102?????@ocsb), the matching is always done for  mrf_ocncc.1770102?????@ocsb and not the other one.
If any of these alias is defined alone, it works properly. Multiple media server aliases are not handled properly.
