Symptoms

With amrInterfacesEnabled SRS rule set to 30 through the Configuration Assistant, the expected behavior is that the PSO and PDO outage verification processing would be enabled. What is seen is that these are not resulting in AMI requests being created for outage status.

 This is an initial implementation of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) adapter.
