Saimptlogi batch processes an RTLOG and exit successfully but does not load the transactions.
When the error log was checked following error was noticed
Steps To Re-Create:
1. Load an RTLog file with TITEM record having invalid values for unit retail or original unit retail fields.
2. Notice that saimptlogi exits successfully but the transactions are not loaded.
3. Also the error log shows an invalid number~Cannot INSERT - row=0 error.
