Symptoms
Unable to select options under Resource Administration Action menu
When attempting to import a Primavera XML file into P6 Web Access, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web Access.
2. Go to Projects, EPS.
3. Select Actions, Import XML.
